By downloading, installing, or using Tarot World ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Tarot World is designed for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. All tarot card readings, interpretations, and AI-generated content are symbolic and should not be taken as factual predictions, professional advice, or guidance. The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. You should always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.
To access certain features, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Tarot World offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through the platform you purchased from: Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or Stripe (web). Subscription prices are displayed before purchase and do not include applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform's subscription management settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple, Google, or Stripe respectively.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings, Google Play subscriptions, or your Tarot World profile page (for web subscriptions).
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchases through the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's settings. This will recover any active subscriptions or previously purchased content associated with your Apple ID or Google account.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including journal entries and notes. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not share your personal journal entries or reading history with other users or third parties.
You agree not to use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others; to distribute spam or malicious content; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; to reverse engineer or decompile the App; or to use the App for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, design, and functionality of Tarot World, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the property of Tarot World and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The tarot card descriptions and AI-generated interpretations are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially.
Tarot World is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on tarot readings or interpretations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
